The Masterton District Council has received an application (RM180150) from The Masterton District Council Planning Department for a resource consent for a Development Concept Plan that establishes a structure for the development of the entire Future Development Area (FDA) at Chamberlain/Ngaumutawa Road in Masterton. (Lot 2 DP 405924, Lot 1 DP 520986 (part of), Lot 2 DP 520986, Lot 1 DP 521301, Lot 2 DP 521301, Lot 2 DP 42720, & Lot 3 DP 42720). The Chamberlain Road Development Concept Plan (CRDCP) seeks to facilitate the delivery of a 197-lot residential development on the subject site with lots ranging from 400m2 to1100m2 in size.

Any person may make a submission on the application, but a person who is a trade competitor of the applicant may do so only if that person is directly affected by an effect of the activity to which the application relates that—
