Congratulations to all the winners in the inaugural Wairarapa Awards.
The Tranzit Group was named winner of the Trust House Supreme Award. A full house of 300 representatives from the Wairarapa business community attended Thursday’s event at the Copthorne Solway Park Hotel and Resort, organised by the Wairarapa Chamber of Commerce to celebrate the very best of business excellence in the region.
In addition to the company awards, two prominent members of the Wairarapa business community were also recognised with personal tributes: Henergy founder Graeme Napier, the pioneer of cage-free egg production, and former Golden Shears president Mavis Mullins, now one of the country’s most respected businesswomen and member of the NZ Business Hall of Fame.
MDC would like to especially acknowledge the organisers Catherine and Vanessa from the Wairarapa Chamber of Commerce for putting on such a great event.
