Numbers being catered for include 9 elected members, 1 iwi representative and 8 members of our executive leadership team.

4. An explanation of how kai choices were made (e.g. if health was taken into consideration and if councillors had a say in what made it onto the menu) and if the company preparing the food is owned by people who live in your district or city.
We always ensure there is a selection of vegetarian options, as well as a choice of healthier options for those wanting this. We do not currently have to cater for any special dietary requirements but can do so if requested. All food is purchased from local supermarkets.
