Te Pae Tawhiti 2021-2031
The Long Term Plan (LTP) is the Council’s main planning document. It outlines what Council plans to do over a 10-year period, why we plan to do it, how much it will cost, and how we will pay for it. This plan shapes our future, and we’re excited to be committing to some key projects that will make significant improvements to our district.
On 15 July 2022, Council adopted amendments to the 2021/31 Long-Term Plan. The amendments relate to Council’s June 2022 decision to sell the vacant land at Panama Village on the condition that it is used for public housing.
