Community Meeting

We invite all Masterton residents and ratepayers to attend a community meeting on Thursday 22 February 2018 from 6:30pm at the Masterton Club, 98 Chapel Street.

This is one last opportunity for any person or organisation to share their views on the draft Dog Policy and Control of Dogs Bylaw with Councillors, before a final decision is made. You do not need to have provided written feedback to speak at this meeting. If you are planning on attending we would appreciate it if you could RSVP to [email protected] so we can plan for seating and catering.

Dog Control Services Survey Results

We sought feedback from the community in September and October 2017 about dog control services in the Masterton district. We received 546 responses to this survey which we used to help us develop the draft Dog Policy. A summary of the feedback received can be viewed here.
