Why does the Waka Tākaro play trailer exist?
The play trailer provides access to equipment, and encourages us all to be active and have fun.
Are there any costs associated with booking the trailer?
No, there is no cost to you to hire the trailer. Waka Tākaro Play Trailer is free to hire. We require the play trailer to be collected and returned to Waiata House in good condition for the next group of people.
Do we need to book the whole trailer, or can we book specific items of equipment?
We prefer the whole trailer to be booked, though we are happy to lend specific pieces as required. Please email wakatakaro@mstn.govt.nz if you wish to book some of our equipment.
What happens if an item of equipment breaks during our booking?
Accidents happen, so don't worry. Please just notify the team on returning the equipment, or in the feedback form.
Can we request new equipment?
Absolutely and we encourage this. Use the feedback form to tell us what you'd like to see or email wakatakaro@mstn.govt.nz
