Masterton's Dark Skies

Masterton is applying to be part of the dark sky periphery.

We're hosting a public information evening where you can hear Charlotte Harding, the Wairarapa Dark Sky Association Co-ordinator discuss topics like:

- What is a dark sky reserve
- What are the benefits to our region, and
- What actions you can take at home and in the community to support dark skies.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and we encourage anyone who is interested in supporting our application to come along and learn more.
