We will require the properties affected by this work NOT to use their Toilet, Bath, Laundry, Kitchen sink, Dish Washer or any other means that discharges waste water into the sewer pipes for a short period of time (approximately 2-3 hours) only on the day of lining.
Pipe Technologies staff will inform (door knock) the properties affected on the day of lining when we require you not to use any of the services listed below. This is expected to be a 2-3 hour period during which time we ask that:
- Toilets flushing is restricted where possible
- Dishwashers are not used
- Washing machines are not used.
- Tub, basin, bath or sink water is not disposed of
- Automatic wastewater discharge pumps are switched off.
If we encounter any problems and there are delays in returning the sewer back to normal operation, then you will be advised of the delay.
Pipe Technologies strive to minimize interruption to properties and apologize in advance for any noise nuisance caused by these operations, and assure you that we will aim to minimize the length of time any such plant is operating.
