Road closure on Dixon Street, Masterton - Church Street roundabout to Bruce Street.
This section of road is now end of life and will be replaced; this involves digging up the entire road surface. A full road closure will be in place to ensure the work can be completed as quickly and safely as possible.
The closure will happen between Monday 7 April, 7am and Thursday 17 April, 6pm.
In the event of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances the work may be delayed until the next available fine day.
The road closure will be in place 24 hours a day and all entry points to the work site will be closed off or restricted. Detours will be in place to direct traffic around the road closure. The work area is between Church Street roundabout and Bruce Street - alternative access to businesses in the work area is available through Park Street and Cricket Street. If you are unsure about vehicle access, please ask one of the staff on site.
Detour routes and closures are shown in the maps provided. Green shaded areas show the work area. Yellow shaded areas are part of the closure and will be used for machinery storage and parking. Green arrows show the vehicle detour routes.
Please remain within your property boundary and do not attempt to enter the work site. Please ensure any pets are secured during the work.
